The OMG RhinoBond Induction Fastening System is a commercial roofing attachment system designed for securing TPO and PVC roofing membranes using electromagnetic induction welding technology. The system bonds the membrane directly to specially coated fastening plates beneath the roofing material without penetrating the membrane surface, improving waterproofing performance and wind uplift resistance.
The RhinoBond system uses an induction welding tool with OptiWeld technology that automatically calibrates energy delivery based on membrane thickness and operating conditions. The included heat sink magnets are used immediately after welding to stabilize and cool the bonded area, ensuring consistent weld quality and strong membrane adhesion in commercial roofing applications.
